During her time in the NHS, she developed strong skills in assessment, care planning, clinical leadership, and multidisciplinary working, always maintaining a person-centred approach to patient care. For the past four years, Jane has been a valued member of the Care Community, where she has continued to build on her clinical expertise and leadership capabilities. During this time, she spent two years serving as a Duty Manager, providing operational oversight, supporting staff teams, ensuring compliance with care standards, and promoting the delivery of high-quality care.
