Meet Emma, Our Interim Home Manager!

As we prepare to open the doors of Pottersway House, we are thrilled to introduce our Interim Home Manager, Emma. With an impressive 27 years of experience as a registered nurse, working across both the NHS and the private care sector, Emma brings a deep understanding of care, compassion, and leadership to our brand-new home. Her extensive background in care home management, which began in 2003, has seen her lead a number of homes over 15 years before progressing into senior roles in Care Home Operations and Quality. Her passion for excellence and her commitment to person-centred care make her the perfect person to bring Pottersway House to life.

Although our doors are not yet open, there is already a great sense of excitement and anticipation among the team. Emma is working closely with the staff to ensure that every aspect of our home is ready to provide a welcoming, safe, and enriching environment for our future residents. From carefully planned, tailored care to thoughtfully designed living spaces, everything at Pottersway House is being created with comfort, dignity, and independence in mind.
