Our expertly designed home is equipped with 60 beautifully decorated en-suite bedrooms. In addition, several of our ground floor bedrooms have access to our landscaped garden and patio area.

Here at Pottersway House Care Home, there’s not a lot we love more than offering a helping hand. If there’s any way in which we can assist you moving into your new room, then we would be more than happy to do so. When our residents decide to move in, we want to give them the very best support we can, in order to make their settling in process easier and a whole lot less bumpy.

Our rooms have only recently been redecorated, and if we do say so ourselves, they are looking as beautiful as ever. When it comes to decorating your room, we encourage you to bring as many home-comforts with you as you’d like.

Our ethos is to provide a luxury lifestyle and the highest quality of care for all of our residents. From the moment you arrive our team will do everything possible to ensure that the transition to your new home is welcoming and homely.

Your friends and family are just as welcome as you are. Our residents’ friends and family are encouraged to visit as often as possible and engage actively in the various activities and events going on at Amberley. If they are unable to visit, we are very well connected at Pottersway House Care Home, so video and phone calls are greatly appreciated and encouraged, no matter the time of day.

All of our team are trained to the highest standard, offering residents genuine care and attention. We support our staff through regular training to ensure our exacting standards are met by all. This is how all of our members of staff are able to continue giving our residents the very best care we can.

Of course, our doors are always open to residents and potential new friends alike. We are more than happy to give you a tour around our care home and our facilities, and show you what life really could be like if you choose to make your stay with us more permanent.
