Pottersway House Officially Opens Its Doors!

We are delighted to share the exciting news that Pottersway House is now officially open following our successful CQC registration! After months of careful planning and preparation, our team is ready to welcome residents into their new home, and we can't wait to start caring for them.

Our registration was approved by the Care Quality Commission on 26th March following a thorough site visit and an interview with our Home Manager. This milestone marks the final step in our journey to opening, and we are thrilled that everything is now in place to begin offering the compassionate, person-centred care that Pottersway House is built upon.

With our doors now officially open, we are looking forward to welcoming our very first residents and we have our first admission planned for tomorrow! We understand that moving into a care home is a significant step, and we are committed to ensuring that every resident feels at home from the moment they arrive. Our experienced team is on hand around the clock to provide tailored support, companionship, and reassurance, helping each individual settle in at their own pace.
